My training is in professional writing and social anthropology. I’ve lived in an unpainted 5-bedroom cement house in Cotonou, Benin; in a loft apartment in Weimar, Germany; in a bachelor pad with my mom and sister in Waterloo, Belgium; and on a 27-foot sailboat in Vancouver, Canada.

The purpose of this blog is to engage in questioning the world as we know it. Far too often, ideas and opinions appear as fact, while facts get clothed in whimsical disbelief. My goal is to provide a space to challenge what we take for granted, while granting the challenges of facticity.
